"It was nice speaking with you this afternoon about RealBiz360. As I stated, our experience for the past year with this company has been outstanding. Like you, Marsha and I do not take these decisions lightly and we did a lot of due diligence as well as testing of the product and we very quickly decided that this was, by far, the best virtual tour product that we had found to date.

The entire staff at RealBiz360 has been super to work with-they have always been available and offered assistance during the initial setup but, quite honestly, their user interface was so simple and their product so flexible, that we did not find it necessary to call them for assistance. During the first month, our Listing Coordinator had several questions and she commented many times that she had never worked with a third party vendor who offered better customer service. She claims that they have always been accessible, extremely responsive, and very knowledgeable.

We have referred dozens of agents to RealBiz360 and have heard back from most of them, profusely thanking us for sending them to RealBiz360. I have not heard one negative comment concerning RealBiz360 but one agent recently told me that he had received a communique from another virtual tour claiming that RealBiz360 experienced a lot of technical problems. I told her that, to me, this sounds like a very poor marketing ploy (possibly copied from this year's presidential campaign)!

My partner and I are two of the "pickiest" people that you will ever meet so I can assure you that, if there were any issues with the RealBiz360 program, we would have been the first to notice! I am also infinitely confident that, if we ever did experience an issue, RealBiz360 would have an immediate remedy.
